From Science to Business

By the early 1990s, Mr. Grigorishin shifted his focus toward entrepreneurship. In 1992, he founded Aragorn-Soft, an IT company that represented his first major step into business leadership. His aptitude for strategic development and problem-solving soon led him to diversify his investments, establishing and managing ventures in the energy, metals trading, engineering, and logistics sectors. Over the years, he has earned recognition as one of Eastern Europe’s most successful and forward-thinking business figures.

International Expansion and Leadership

As his portfolio grew, Mr. Grigorishin adopted a global perspective while maintaining a deep respect for his Ukrainian origins. His international business activities, including energy distribution and industrial innovation, have contributed to economic growth and sector-wide progress. Through Energy Standard Group, he has overseen projects that prioritize efficiency, sustainability, and regional development.

Contribution to Competitive Swimming

Mr. Grigorishin’s involvement in sport reflects his belief that success in business and athletics share the same principles: discipline, fairness, and vision. In 2012, he founded the Energy Standard Swimming Club, followed by the International Swimming League (ISL) in 2018. The ISL has since become a global platform promoting equality, opportunity, and innovation in competitive swimming, welcoming participants from every major region of the world. From its first season, the ISL welcomed athletes from North America, Europe, South America, Asia, Oceania, and Africa – establishing its position as a truly global sporting organization.
